The Restrict COD by collection feature enables you to limit the availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options for specific product collections. This helps you streamline payment methods and manage financial risks, providing a smoother shopping experience for both you and your customers.

How It Works​

When this feature is enabled, you can assign COD restrictions to selected collections in your store. Products within these collections will not offer COD as a payment option during checkout.

Example​

  • Example 1: A store selling pre-order items groups them into a "Pre-orders" collection and disables COD for this collection to ensure upfront payments.
  • Example 2: A business restricts COD for the "Luxury Products" collection, which includes high-value items like designer bags and jewelry.
